Steven Rogers, a US Army veteran, has opened the doors to the new North Kansas City location of Great Day Moving beginning May 2011.  Great Day Moving offers residential and commercial moving services with a focus on customer satisfaction and accountability.  Rogers has extensive knowledge in the industry having worked for the Great Day Moving founders prior to starting his locally owned franchise.  With a strong work ethic and great leadership skills attained in the military, Rogers is leading his crew of moving technicians to provide professional, courteous and knowledgeable moving services throughout both Clay and Platte counties.

Great Day Moving has established a support center to handle incoming calls and scheduling for all franchisees, as well as an intranet based system which provides live information to the franchisees.  The support center and automated systems allow each franchisee to focus their efforts on providing the best service possible to each customer, instead of drowning in scheduling and paperwork.
